Gamers eagerly anticipating Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap will be met with an impressive array of diverse adversaries. The team at Robot Entertainment has announced that this upcoming title in the acclaimed third-person action tower-defense franchise will stand out as the largest yet, introducing over 50 unique enemy types. This exciting update was part of the Game Director Highlight presentation shared by the developers.

Each enemy will demand a tailored strategy for effective defeat and will influence gameplay in unique ways. Additionally, formidable bosses will elevate the challenge, requiring players to be well-prepared. The game will also include a cooperative mode for four players, allowing them to choose from diverse heroes, each with distinct abilities, as they battle through waves of foes using rogue-lite progression mechanisms.

Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap is currently under development for PC, with a planned release in early 2025.
