Hiroshi Kitadani’s Longstanding Relationship with One Piece

Hiroshi Kitadani began his professional music career in 1994, and his association with One Piece transcends simply lending his voice to the show’s initial opening theme. Over the years, he has performed several other notable tracks including “We Go!”(15th opening), “We Can!” (19th opening, alongside Kishidan), “OVER THE TOP”(22nd opening), and “UUUUUS”(26th opening). Furthermore, he has contributed to multiple variations of “We Are!” for distinct One Piece projects.
Currently, he is part of JAM Project, a well-regarded anison group founded in 2000 by the late Ichiro Mizuki, whose lineup includes illustrious singers from the 1970s through the 1990s, such as Hironobu Kageyama, famous for “Cha-La-Head-Cha-La.”
For fans eager to catch up with the series, One Piece is available for streaming on both Crunchyroll and Netflix.
