In the world of Once Human, players encounter a myriad of resources as they navigate through various scenarios, akin to many survival games. While certain items are frequently utilized for crafting superior gear or repairing existing equipment, others may become obsolete or seem less valuable as players progress and acquire upgrades.
However, rather than letting these surplus items clutter your inventory, consider selling or trading them. This not only frees up space but also allows players to acquire something beneficial in return. Notably, Deviations were historically excluded from trading activities, but a recent update has transformed this aspect of gameplay. If you’re interested in capitalizing on this new feature, read on to discover how to sell and trade Deviations in Once Human.
How to Trade Deviations in Once Human

Just like other resources, Deviations can be traded using the Vending Machine. Players can construct this device at their base after unlocking its blueprint through the Memento under the Construction category.
It’s essential to remember that a Vending Machine requires power, so connecting it to a Generator is a must for it to function. Once the Vending Machine is operational, a new tab will appear, providing options for trading Deviations. Impressively, these options are not restricted; players can exchange a Deviation for a wide array of items, including additional Deviations, modifications, ammunition, weapons, or other resources.
Moreover, players have the flexibility to trade Deviations for Energy Links. It is worth noting that while up to 99, 999 Energy Links can be exchanged for a single Deviation, such high trades are rarely encountered in practice.
How to Sell Deviations in Once Human

For those looking to sell Deviations, this can only be done at the Eternaland Island Shop. Here, players will receive a set amount of Astral Sand for each Deviation sold. The Astral Sand earned can subsequently be used to purchase new items at the same location.
Are Deviations in Once Human Worth Selling or Trading?

Higher-tier Deviations are generally valuable, particularly if you possess multiple duplicates. While trading is often the optimal route to acquire the items you need, the Island Shop in Eternaland remains a viable alternative if trading proves ineffective. Typically, players can expect to earn around 400 to 500 Astral Sand for each Deviation sold at the shop.
That said, it is advisable to retain Crafting or Territory Deviations as they significantly aid progression in new scenarios. Conversely, Combat Deviations tend to be more applicable in the latter stages of the game, where players are likely to gather newer Combat Deviations throughout their playthrough. Therefore, trading or selling Combat Deviations is usually a prudent decision unless your base is situated in a high-level area.
