Launched in 2007, the GeForce 8800 Ultra marked a significant leap in graphics technology, following the first CUDA GPU, the GeForce GTX, introduced a year earlier. Though technically the second CUDA GPU, the 8800 Ultra became a benchmark for performance, showcasing impressive advancements over its predecessors.
