NVIDIA has officially unveiled its highly anticipated GeForce RTX 5090 Blackwell GPU, marking a significant moment for graphics enthusiasts. The unboxing event highlights not only the GPU’s advanced features but also a complete transformation in its packaging design.
Redefining Eco-Friendly Packaging: The GeForce RTX 5090

The shift towards eco-friendliness is apparent in the GeForce RTX 5090’s packaging, which eliminates plastic and features a more compact design than its predecessor, the RTX 4090. NVIDIA’s commitment to sustainability is displayed through a 100% plastic-free packaging made from “paper fibers”in a distinctive brown hue, which, while it may not attract every hardcore gamer, signifies a progressive move forward.
The box’s design features eye-catching seals reminiscent of premium products, complemented by the slogan “Inspired by Gamers. Enhanced by AI. Built by NVIDIA”positioned beneath the tear strip.
