NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 and Other RTX 50 Series GPUs Listed on ZOTAC Website, Featuring 32GB VRAM for 5090 Model

ZOTAC is gearing up for the imminent launch of NVIDIA’s Blackwell gaming graphics cards, as indicated by recent listings on their website. Four variants have appeared, although full specifications remain largely undisclosed, save for a few critical details.

Confirmed Models of the RTX 50 Series

Among those confirmed, the RTX 5090 is set to feature a substantial 32 GB of memory. Other models include the RTX 5090D (specific to the Chinese market), the RTX 5080, and the RTX 5070 Ti, along with the standard RTX 5070.

It’s not uncommon for PC hardware makers to inadvertently disclose information ahead of an official announcement. Such premature revelations happen routinely, and that’s how we gained insights into the next-generation NVIDIA ZOTAC RTX 50 series GPUs.

Unfortunately, our timeline to capture this data wasn’t fast enough, as ZOTAC has since removed these listings from their website. However, Videocardz managed to secure a screenshot capturing essential specs before they vanished, particularly from a drop-down menu that showcased the upcoming GPU WeUs.

The list included the RTX 5090, RTX 5090D, RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, and RTX 5070. While we have discussed their specifications in the past, this recent unveiling marks one of the first credible confirmations of key features associated with these GPUs.

Further analysis from another screenshot showed ZOTAC’s brief inclusion of “GDDR7″in the filter options, as well as a “32GB”memory option, affirming that the RTX 5090 will indeed come with 32 GB of VRAM. However, these details have now been removed from the public view.

Positioned as the flagship model within the Blackwell lineup, the RTX 5090 upgrades from 24 GB in the RTX 4090 to 32 GB. Conversely, other models like the RTX 5080 do not appear to feature memory upgrades, with the exception of the RTX 5070 Ti, which gains an additional 4 GB over the previous RTX 4070 Ti. The absence of the RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti in these listings might suggest a later launch timeline for those models.

Both the RTX 5070 models are expected to utilize the identical GB206 graphics die, differing solely in their RAM configurations. Anticipation is building for the debut of NVIDIA’s Blackwell RTX 50 series at CES 2025, with preparations already underway. However, the RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti are likely to be unveiled in late February or early March 2025.
