NVIDIA is set to enhance the gaming landscape with the impending launch of its GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, a high-performance graphics card designed for avid gamers. Recent revelations regarding its specifications indicate a robust offering that will surely appeal to the gaming community.

GeForce RTX 5070 Ti: Specifications and Features

According to a report from Videocardz, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is anticipated to pack a punch with 8960 CUDA cores, utilizing a modified version of the GB203 GPU found in the higher-tier RTX 5080. Previously, the specifications hinted at a total graphics power (TGP) of 300W, but new information suggests a slight adjustment in these figures.

The GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is believed to integrate the GB203-300 GPU WeU on a reference board designated as “PG147 WeU 60.”While it shares the GPU architecture with the RTX 5080, it will employ a lower tier of the core configuration. This marks an improvement over past models, where the “Ti” variant utilized a less powerful chipset than its non-Ti sibling.

One noteworthy upgrade is the total board power (TBP), which has been increased to 350W, reflecting a 50W rise from prior estimates. This new TBP represents a 23% increase compared to both the RTX 4070 Ti and the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, which each boasted a TBP of 285W. These figures are vital for gamers who need to assess power consumption and system compatibility.

Memory and Performance Enhancements

The RTX 5070 Ti’s memory architecture is particularly impressive, leveraging the GB203 GPU for a 256-bit memory bus and a substantial 16 GB of GDDR7 RAM. This configuration not only surpasses the original specifications of the RTX 4070 Ti but also mirrors the upgrades seen in the SUPER variant. The RAM will operate at speeds of 28 Gbps, resulting in a remarkable total bandwidth of 896 GB/s—an impressive 33% improvement over the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER.

Looking ahead, the RTX 5070 Ti is expected to be the third model released within NVIDIA’s 50 series, following the RTX 5090 and RTX 5080.
