Nvidia Unveils Exciting Updates for GeForce NOW Gaming Platform

Nvidia has recently made significant announcements regarding its GeForce NOW cloud gaming service, particularly for the final month of 2024. This week, gamers can look forward to a lineup of high-profile games, including Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and Path of Exile 2. Alongside these new additions, Nvidia has also rolled out a technological enhancement for 10-bit color precision support and a promotional sale offering 50% off for new members.

Enhanced Color Support for Gamers

Subscribers can now enjoy an expanded support for 10-bit color precision while using GeForce NOW:

This feature is particularly recommended for games that lack HDR support or for users without HDR-capable displays. It enhances image quality by converting 8-bit content into 10-bit data before it gets encoded. This allows for greater precision during encoding, helping to preserve visual quality as the game stream reaches your device.

The new color precision settings can be found in the Streaming Quality section of the GeForce NOW app.

Holiday Promotions Available

To further entice players, Nvidia is running a holiday sale from now until December 30, offering a remarkable 50% discount on the first month for new members signing up for Performance or Ultimate memberships. Additionally, users can take advantage of a 25% discount on Day Passes.
