Nvidia GeForce NOW Expands Game Library with Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred and Other Titles This Week

Earlier this week, Blizzard Entertainment unveiled the highly anticipated Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred expansion. In conjunction with this release, Nvidia has revealed that this latest expansion for the popular fantasy action RPG will be made available on its GeForce NOW cloud gaming platform.

According to a recent blog entry by Nvidia, Diablo IV enthusiasts can access Vessel of Hatred via GeForce NOW. Additionally, the service is introducing game syncing capabilities for all titles within Blizzard’s Battle.net library.

But what implications does this have? Nvidia explained:

By implementing game syncing for Blizzard’s Battle.net library on GeForce NOW, users can link their digital storefront accounts to include all compatible games in their streaming collections. This means members can seamlessly locate and play popular games like StarCraft II, Overwatch 2, Call of Duty HQ, and Hearthstone directly from their cloud libraries, which enhances accessibility on various devices.

The GeForce NOW service already offers game syncing features for several other digital storefronts, including Steam, Epic Games Store, Xbox, and Ubisoft Connect.

Diablo IV: Vessel of Hatred will become part of a broader lineup this week, which includes six additional titles set to join GeForce NOW. Strangely, three of these new additions have “Star”featured in their names:

  • Empyrion – Galactic Survival (New release on Epic Games Store, Oct. 10)
  • Europa (New release on Steam, Oct. 11)
  • Dwarven Realms (Steam)
  • Star Trek Timelines (Steam)
  • Star Trucker (Steam)
  • Starcom: Unknown Space (Steam)

Nvidia has plans to introduce additional titles to GeForce NOW throughout October. Anticipated for next week are games such as MechWarrior 5: Clans and A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead, followed by the addition of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in the following week, accessible through both Steam and Battle.net.
