NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation Set to Launch in Three Popular PC Games
In an exciting development for gamers, three upcoming titles are set to integrate NVIDIA’s DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation technology. Leading the way is Jagex’s RuneScape: Dragonwilds, which is a cooperative open-world survival crafting game that transitioned into early access about three months ago.
RuneScape: Dragonwilds
Upon its initial release, RuneScape: Dragonwilds attracted a notable peak of 52, 000 concurrent players on Steam. However, interest seems to have waned as recent figures show the game struggling to maintain an active player base of less than three thousand concurrently, according to SteamDB. Despite these challenges, the game was well-equipped upon launch with features like DLSS Super Resolution, Frame Generation, and DLAA. An upcoming patch, set to roll out today, will introduce NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation, promising enhanced frame rates for gamers equipped with GeForce RTX 50 Series graphics cards.
Brickadia: A New Era of Sandbox Gaming
The next title on the list is Brickadia, a next-generation brick-building sandbox game developed by Brickadia LLC. Scheduled for release on Steam Early Access on July 11, the game aims to remain in early access until the end of 2026, allowing for extensive improvements and community-driven enhancements. Players will have the opportunity to collaborate with friends to create expansive worlds, intricate contraptions, and innovative game modes without pausing the action. Among the myriad creations players can build are skyscrapers, vehicles, detailed islands, and even cities.
Powered by Unreal Engine 5, Brickadia also features hardware-accelerated ray tracing, enhancing the visual fidelity through Unreal Engine 5’s Lumen technology. To help mitigate the performance impact of these high-end visuals, the game will include various NVIDIA options: DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation, Frame Generation, Super Resolution, and DLAA.
Mortal Online 2 Expansion: Reckoning
Finally, the indie MMORPG Mortal Online 2, also built on Unreal Engine 5, is set to incorporate NVIDIA DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation with its expansion titled Reckoning. This much-anticipated content is scheduled for release later this month and is currently accessible for testing in the Public Test Realm. The game already features support for NVIDIA DLSS Super Resolution, Frame Generation, and Reflex, further improving player performance and graphics quality.
