“Numerous Celebrities Aware of Their Actions”: Attorney Alleges Existence of Diddy Tapes Featuring A-List Stars

Diddy’s legal troubles continue to make headlines, with new developments emerging daily. The rapper was arrested on September 16, 2024, facing serious charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. In a significant update, attorney Tony Buzbee announced on October 3 that he will represent 120 alleged victims of Diddy, noting that he has been approached by thousands of accusers.

Recently, attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who is representing one of the victims, revealed new claims regarding the artist’s alleged sex tapes. Appearing on the show Banfield on Friday, October 4, Ariel stated:

“The individuals who contacted me claimed to possess three different tapes featuring three different celebrities, including Diddy, and a fourth tape with another celebrity in a compromising situation.”

While Mitchell-Kidd admitted that she could not confirm the tapes’ existence, an officer from the Department of Homeland Security corroborated the claims in an interview with The Post on the same day.

The unnamed officer alleged that Diddy, known as Sean John Combs, had recorded the purported s*xual encounters in different rooms and viewed them privately. The officer, who participated in raids at Diddy’s Miami residence in March 2024, added:

“There are recognizable names in the footage we obtained, but I won’t disclose their identities. However, it’s not just limited to one incident.”

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd further elaborated on Banfield that she has not seen the tapes and continued:

“Initially, I was informed that ‘they’ possess a treasure trove of videos, so I have to assume that many celebrities are aware of their actions…”

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd speaks out about a p*rnographic video involving Diddy

After Diddy’s arrest in September, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd was featured on Banfield on September 27, 2024, where she discussed a p*rnographic video featuring Sean alongside another individual who was reportedly more prominent than him.

Ariel mentioned that the video was filmed at Diddy’s home in Atlanta and that the individual in the video was aware that they were being filmed. She added:

“There have been tapes circulating around Hollywood, but one specific person reached out to me to negotiate the sale of a particular video they had and to see if the person in the video was interested in buying it before it became public.”

Additionally, another alleged victim of Diddy contacted Ariel, claiming she was raped by Sean in 2018. Ariel detailed that the victim explained her story, mentioning a friend’s home, where she met individuals connected to the entertainment industry.

At some point, Diddy arrived, and the victim soon realized he was allegedly planning to sex traffic her, leading her to escape to the street. Ariel shared more about the victim’s experience, stating:

“It culminated in her receiving a drink that made her feel woozy. Combs sexually assaulted her with an inanimate object and then directed another man to assault her while he watched and pleasured himself.”

Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing 120 alleged victims of Sean, announced during a press conference on October 1, 2024, that the defendants’ names would be revealed later. He indicated that Sean would face accusations of violent sexual assault or rape, facilitating sex with a controlled substance, distributing video recordings, and sexual abuse of minors.
