In the realm of Escape from Tarkov, Jaeger is notorious for assigning challenging quests, while the task known as Nostalgia offers a refreshing contrast. This quest primarily involves a straightforward fetch mission: players need only to locate an item and extract it. For Nostalgia, the objective is to find Jaeger’s photo album situated on the Shoreline map.
This guide will provide a comprehensive overview of how to successfully complete the Nostalgia quest in Escape from Tarkov.
Nostalgia Quest Guide for Escape from Tarkov
To successfully finish the Nostalgia quest, you must accomplish the following objectives:
- Locate Jaeger’s room in the Health Resort that offers a scenic view of the ocean on Shoreline.
- Retrieve Jaeger’s photo album.
- Deliver the photo album to Jaeger.
Finding Jaeger’s Photo Album on Shoreline
To locate Jaeger’s photo album, head to the Health Resort’s west wing on the Shoreline map. Your specific destination is room 303, located on the third floor, where most quest objectives can be completed.
The entrance to this room is always unlocked, so no key is required. Upon entering, completing the first objective will trigger automatically. Next, examine the bedside cabinet; the photo album can be found peeking out of the open bottom drawer.
After picking up the album, make your way to an extraction point swiftly, as other players may be nearby and could catch you off guard. Extraction points vary based on your spawn location, but the Climber’s Trail is among the best options if you have the necessary items: a Red Rebel ice pick, a Paracord, and no armor, as they are prerequisites for using this exit.

- Roubles: 30,000 (31,500 and 34,500 Roubles at Intelligence Center levels Two and Three, respectively)
