The issue of Stephen’s alleged infidelity resurfaced during the reunion, where Monica criticized him for his lack of respect and questioned whether he truly meant the apology letter he sent to her parents, insinuating it was merely for show.
In his defense, Stephen insisted that when he wrote to Monica’s parents, it was to express his regret, feeling as though no one cared about his perspective on the situation.
“Honestly, I don’t think anyone believes me or wants to listen, so at this point, why should I bother? Nobody seems interested in my side of things,”Stephen confessed.
Taking responsibility for his actions, he clarified his efforts to improve himself:
“I fully recognize my mistakes. I’ve done everything I thought was necessary, including speaking to my parents, reading self-help books, and attending therapy,”Stephen shared.
