New Zombie-Themed Content Drops in Red Dead Online

Exciting news for Red Dead Online fans: the game is set to receive a fresh update that introduces a thrilling zombie-themed content package. Scheduled to launch today at 5 AM Eastern Time, this update will feature Strange Tales of the West, a collection of four new Telegram missions. Players will join forces with the enigmatic author Theodore Levin to explore the unknown, hunting down various undead entities, rogue machines, swamp beasts, and more. Players can access these missions by retrieving Mr. Levin’s letter from any Post Office, their Camp’s Lockbox, or simply starting the missions from the Player Menu.

These engaging Telegram missions, part of the Strange Tales of the West update, offer enticing rewards, with participants earning 3X Gold, RDO$, and XP. In addition, the Naturalist role will also be lucrative, providing players with 3X RDO$ and XP on Sample Sales, 3X Role XP and XP on Legendary Animal Sightings, and 2X RDO$ and XP on Wildlife Photography tasks. Despite its slower pace compared to the frenetic action of GTA Online, Red Dead Online has not garnered the same level of popularity. Since Rockstar announced its intention to prioritize GTA Online over RDO three years ago, fans have been eager for fresh content. This recent update, particularly with its intriguing zombie theme, harkens back to the beloved Undead Nightmare expansion of the original Red Dead Redemption, and it seems to reignite interest among dedicated players.
