This enchanting story features Hana, a young girl from Paldea, who admires Dragonite as it performs its duties as a dedicated postman. Inspired by this, Hana aspires to become an exceptional mail courier herself. When she stumbles upon an undelivered letter, she takes the initiative to embark on a journey alongside her Pokémon partner, Fuecoco, to unveil the sender’s identity.

Through their adventure, they discover that the letter was penned by a boy named Rio, who intended to wish his father a happy birthday. With time running out, Hana joins forces with Dragonite to ensure the letter reaches its destination before the day concludes!
