Microsoft Enhances Security and Offline Functionality in Outlook
In a recent announcement, Microsoft revealed plans to enhance the security features of New Outlook for Windows and Outlook for the Web by blocking a wider array of attachment file types. Improved Offline Support for Attachments

“We are adding more functionality to offline mode in the new Outlook for Windows. You will now be able to add attachments while drafting your email without an internet connection.”
