Developed by a collaboration between PlatinumGames and Team Ninja, this upcoming installment introduces a fresh protagonist named Yakumo, a member of the Raven clan. Notably, iconic character Ryu Hayabusa will also play a significant role, setting up a thrilling dynamic between the two heroes.
The announcement trailer provides insight into the game’s storyline, revealing that the infamous Dark Dragon remains alive and wreaking havoc in Tokyo, manifesting in both rainfall and the emergence of fiends. As Yakumo embarks on his mission to rescue Tokyo, he inevitably crosses paths with Ryu, leading to a complex encounter where both characters will confront not only each other but also the underlying tension between their respective clans.
