Recently, Apple hinted at launching new Mac models that were set to be unveiled this week. In a prelude to this official reveal, Amazon US disclosed critical insights regarding the anticipated Apple Mac Mini via its pre-order listing.

As was widely anticipated, the forthcoming Mac Mini will utilize Apple’s newest M4 and M4 Pro processors, which promise substantial performance enhancements over its predecessor. These M4 chips are manufactured using advanced second-generation 3-nanometer process technology, which significantly boosts power efficiency. Impressively, the M4 chip can achieve the performance level of the M2 while consuming only half the energy.

Customers purchasing the new Mac Mini will have the option to customize their setup with a CPU of up to 14 cores, a GPU with 20 cores, and as much as 64GB of unified memory. The now-removed listing from Amazon also indicated that the new Mac Mini will be offered exclusively in silver.
