New Lawsuit Against Diddy Alleges Drugging and Assault of Personal Trainer Involving A-List Celebrities

On October 20, 2024, Sean “Diddy” Combs faced a lawsuit from a male personal trainer who accused him of s*xual assault and drugging during a BET Awards afterparty. The alleged events transpired at Diddy’s residence in Los Angeles back in June 2022.

The legal documents, initially acquired by Page Six, detail claims that Diddy “effectively treated the plaintiff’s incapacitated body as a party gift for others’ s*xual pleasure.”The victim, referred to as John Doe to protect his identity, has not been publicly identified as of yet.

The plaintiff stated that he first met Diddy through a client who is a fashion designer and later received an invitation to a select afterparty at Combs’ Holmby Hills mansion. At this event, he was reportedly required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Following this, he consumed a drink consisting of tequila soda mixed with cranberry juice, which allegedly led to his incapacitation.

While he was semi-conscious, the complaint alleges that Sean Combs undressed the plaintiff and engaged in “non-consensual oral s*x,”while also coercing him into performing similar acts on another high-profile individual. This lawsuit, represented by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, included allegations of coerced s*xual activities involving both men and women throughout the night at the afterparty.

Latest Developments in the Lawsuit Against Diddy

On a recent Sunday, an anonymous male, identified in the court records simply as John Doe, lodged a civil complaint in New York City against Sean Combs. The plaintiff accused the 54-year-old music mogul of “drugging and repeatedly s*xually assaulting”him at the afterparty following the 2022 BET Awards.

This personal trainer mentioned that upon arriving at Combs’ mansion in Los Angeles, he signed a non-disclosure agreement and was offered a tequila shot, after which he was allegedly exploited.

“Eventually, a business associate of Combs led [the] plaintiff from a large room glowing with red lights into a smaller area. There, he noticed around a dozen individuals, including several prominent figures, partaking in group s*x activities,” the lawsuit indicated.

As the night progressed, the plaintiff described a sensation of dizziness and weakness, leading to Diddy allegedly “approaching” him, removing his pants, and performing “oral s*x”on him. Furthermore, the Bad Boy Records founder is said to have directed the plaintiff to perform “oral s*x”on another celebrity, identified as Celebrity A, who produced a degrading interaction thereafter.

“While in a state of confusion and semi-consciousness, partygoers compelled the plaintiff into s*xual acts with both genders. His physical state left him unable to reject their advances or gain control over his own body,” stated the legal documents.

The suit also claims that celebrities, including Diddy, treated John Doe as a “party favor” for their amusement. Furthermore, the civil action reportedly included evidence in the form of an image of a container that supposedly contained GHB (gamma hydroxybutyrate), a depressant drug that the plaintiff alleges was used to spike his drink.

“Due to the haze of the drug he had been surreptitiously administered, the plaintiff could not withstand Combs’ coercive actions. He felt trapped within his own body, unable to exert control or comprehend his surroundings,” the court documents continued.

Additionally, the suit alleged that John Doe regained consciousness outside his home, missing both his shirt and cellphone following the incident.

In light of this latest lawsuit amidst Diddy’s ongoing legal battles, a spokesperson for the rapper asserted to US Weekly that Tony Buzbee, the attorney behind the lawsuit, seems more focused on media attention than on seeking the truth, as indicated by his frequent appearances in the press and his promotional ‘1-800 number.’

The statement elaborated:

“As previously stated, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every frivolous publicity stunt, even in regard to claims that are blatantly outlandish or demonstrably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team maintain complete faith in the facts and the judicial system. In court, the truth will triumph: Mr. Combs has never s*xually assaulted or trafficked anyone — irrespective of gender, age, or status.”

Tony Buzbee represents a collective of 120 individuals, both male and female, and has been actively filing sexual assault cases against Diddy in recent weeks. Just on Sunday, he filed seven additional lawsuits, including the one in question, which Combs’ representative dismissed as an attempt at media sensationalism.

Earlier this week, Buzbee also filed a lawsuit on behalf of a woman who accuses Diddy of raping her when she was allegedly 13 years old at an afterparty for the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards.

Sean Combs was arrested on September 16 following a grand jury indictment and is facing charges of s*x trafficking through force, fraud, or coercion, along with racketeering conspiracy and transportation for the purpose of engaging in prostitution.

He remains in custody at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits trial, which is scheduled to commence in May 2025. Diddy has been denied bail multiple times despite proclaiming his innocence. If convicted, he could be sentenced to anywhere between 15 years to life in federal prison.
