
HoYoVerse has recently unveiled a new trailer for **Genshin Impact**, introducing the character Ruler of Time **Istaroth**, who is a prominent figure among the Four Shades of the Heavenly Principles. Notably, this new character will share the same voice actor as the beloved character Venti across all languages. Although the company has not made an official statement regarding this casting, they confirmed it through various trailers released in multiple languages.
