
Unveiling Characters in Digimon Story: Time Stranger
Bandai Namco has been actively sharing exciting updates on the characters of Digimon Story: Time Stranger through various social media platforms. Recent announcements have shed light on the main protagonists, Dan Yuki and Kanan Yuki, along with starter Digimon options, namely Patamon, Gomamon, and DemiDevimon. The latest trailers and images, however, have introduced more intriguing characters and their roles.
Meet the Protagonists
Here we present a collection of recent images showcasing Dan and Kanan. These visuals provide insights into their positions within the Special Investigation Bureau ADAMAS, alongside their three potential Digimon partners. Each partner’s unique abilities and characteristics are also highlighted.





Introducing Inori Misono and Her Partner
The excitement continues with the introduction of Inori Misono and her partner, Aegiomon. Together, they will defend and explore the storyline with players. Inori’s backstory hints at a pivotal incident that has shaped her journey, although details remain undisclosed.


Exploring Central Town and Its Mega Deity
Players can look forward to visiting Central Town, a fascinating locale inhabited by the Iliad Digimon, overseen by the Mega Deity Merukimon. Although Merukimon will serve as a supporting ally in the narrative, it remains uncertain whether he will join players in battles. This character has previously appeared in other installments, including Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth and Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory.

New Digimon Reveals
As anticipation builds, Bandai Namco has also teased several new Digimon that players will encounter, battle, and potentially recruit throughout the game. Below is a list of these newly revealed Digimon, alongside their respective types and attributes:
- Belphemon: Rage Mode – Mega level, Evil King type, Virus attribute.
- MedievalGallantmon – Mega level, Warrior type, Data attribute.
- Mojyamon – Champion level, Rare Animal type, Vaccine attribute.
Digimon Story: Time Stranger is set to launch in 2025, making its debut on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
