It’s essential to note that no evidence has surfaced proving that Beyoncé or Jay-Z had any engagement in Diddy’s alleged criminal activities.
Diddy was taken into custody on September 16, 2024, at a New York hotel following a grand jury indictment. At the time of his arrest, he faced charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and fraud, among other offenses.
Since his arrest, the rapper’s legal counsel has attempted to secure bail multiple times, but those requests have consistently been denied as the prosecution labeled him a “flight risk.”
