Names of Accused in Orinda Incident with Ashley Parham and Diddy: Shane Pearce and Kristina Khorram Explored Amid Recent Lawsuit Filing

On October 15, Ashley Parham initiated a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs and several of his associates in the Northern District of California’s San Francisco District Court, amid the hip-hop mogul’s ongoing legal challenges.

Parham alleges that Combs gang-raped her in March 2018 in Orinda, a suburb of Contra Costa County, California. According to her claims, she met a man named Shane Pearce at a bar in February 2018, who indicated he was acquainted with Combs.

As reported by The U.S. Sun, Pearce attempted to impress Parham by FaceTiming Combs. However, she expressed her dissatisfaction, claiming that Diddy had “some involvement in the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur.” This remark reportedly incited a threat from Combs, promising that she would “pay” for her statement.

In March 2018, while Parham was visiting Shane Pearce to assist with his cancer medications, she claims that the founder of Bad Boy Records arrived with a group and sexually assaulted her with the aid of Pearce [Doe 1] and his assistant/bodyguard, Kristina Khorram [Doe 2], among others.

The lawsuit asserts that when law enforcement arrived at the scene after the incident, they failed to take any legal action against Combs, nor did he extend any assistance to Parham. The plaintiff seeks damages from Diddy, Kristina Khorram, Shane Pearce, and four additional unidentified individuals.

Detailed Insights into Ashley Parham’s Legal Action Against Diddy

Sean Combs is currently incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, forced s*x trafficking, and facilitating prostitution, alongside this new lawsuit.

Ashley Parham has accused Combs and his associates of gang-raping her in Orinda over six years ago. Court documents indicate that the alleged victim attributed 2Pac’s fatal shooting in Las Vegas in 1996 to Combs, reportedly provoking Diddy’s wrath.

Later, during a gathering at a friend’s house, the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly barged in with his driver, bodyguard, assistant, and others, seeming “ready to party.” He supposedly threatened to carve a “Glasgow smile” into Parham’s face for her earlier comments, asserting that he had the power to send her “anywhere in the world”where she would never reunite with her family.

Subsequently, Shane Pearce and Diddy reportedly forced Parham to undress and doused her with baby oil. Combs’ assistant and closest confidante, Kristina Khorram, allegedly attempted to insert an IUD into her.

Parham claims that Diddy raped her using a television remote, with intentions to record the act.

“Diddy then instructed defendant Shane to place a pillow over [Parham’s] head because he didn’t want to see her face or hear her cries…” the lawsuit states.

Ashley Parham has also accused the men of attempting to drug her, labeling her as a prostitute and claiming that the assault was consensual. When she attempted to escape with her clothes and confronted them with a knife, a vigilant neighbor reportedly intervened, providing shelter and contacting the police, even as Diddy allegedly threatened them with a firearm.

According to SFist, a deputy from the Contra Costa County sheriff’s office did respond to the scene but “did not offer to take the Plaintiff home, nor did he seek emergency medical assistance or help recover Plaintiff’s belongings from Shane’s residence.”

Later, Parham reportedly informed the Walnut Creek and Orinda police departments about the incident, omitting Diddy’s name due to fears for her safety and skepticism about being believed. It appears that no investigation was initiated.

The lawsuit further asserts that Combs attempted to financially compensate her for her silence and issued threats against her family when she hinted at pursuing legal action.

Parham is pursuing legal action against Diddy and his associates for charges including sexual assault, battery, abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping, seeking a jury trial.

Sean Combs has refuted claims linking him to Tupac Shakur’s murder on numerous occasions. However, following the arrest of Duane “Keefe D” Davis last year, who was charged with 2Pac’s killing, Davis alleged that Diddy offered him $1 million to carry out the murder. The trial related to this accusation is projected to occur in November 2024.

At the same time, Combs’ federal trial is set to commence in May 2025, during which he will remain in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
