Exciting Game Pass Additions for July 2025: Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 Leads the Charge
Microsoft has officially revealed the lineup of games set to join Xbox Game Pass in July 2025, and the spotlight undoubtedly falls on the highly anticipated launch of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4.
Launch Details
This remake, which combines two beloved entries in the iconic skateboarding franchise, is scheduled to be released on July 11. On launch day, it will be accessible to subscribers of both Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on Xbox consoles, PC, and cloud services.
Notable Features and Enhancements
In a recent hands-on preview, it was revealed that one of the most significant deviations in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 is the integration of gameplay mechanics from THPS4 into THPS3. This change enriches players’ experiences with features like grind extensions, leveling out, and skitching, all of which can be found in iconic locations such as Foundry and Airport. The game will merge both titles into a unified launcher, offered at an appealing price of $49.99.
Activision has also hinted at exciting new features coming with this release, such as a Photo Mode, the HAWK mode, and customizable goals in the Create-a-Park feature. However, my hands-on experience did not allow time to explore all these new options fully.
Other Game Pass Additions in July
As of today, all Game Pass subscribers can enjoy titles like Little Nightmares II and Rise of the Tomb Raider. Starting tomorrow, Legend of Mana and Trials of Mana from Square Enix will be accessible for Game Pass Standard subscribers on Xbox consoles. On July 3, the multiplayer platformer Ultimate Chicken Horse will make its debut across all Game Pass tiers, followed by the co-op action RPG The Ascent on July 8.
Excitingly, the indie casual management game will also be available on all platforms for Game Pass Ultimate and PC subscribers shortly thereafter. Finally, the first-person shooter High on Life will return to Microsoft’s subscription service starting July 15, available to all tiers of subscribers.
