Capcom has officially announced the Open Beta for Monster Hunter Wilds, set to launch sooner than fans anticipated. While the full game is a few months away from its release, players can dive into the demo, which will be available starting October 31, 2024. PlayStation users will enjoy early access to this exclusive event.
The Open Beta provides only a glimpse of the game, featuring just two initial hunts. Nonetheless, it’s an excellent opportunity for players to experience the new combat system and gameplay essentials before the game’s official release. Additionally, those who participate in the Open Beta will earn a special reward when the complete game launches.
When and where can you experience the Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta?
The Open Beta for Monster Hunter Wilds commences on October 31, 2024, at 8 PM PT, and runs until November 1, 2024, at 7 PM PT. It will be playable on all current-generation platforms, including Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Unlike many other beta programs, registration for this Open Beta is not required.
Players can access the demo by visiting their preferred digital storefront once the Open Beta goes live. PlayStation 5 gamers with an active PlayStation Plus membership will gain early access starting on October 28, 2024.
The early access phase for PlayStation Plus subscribers begins at October 28, 2024, 8 PM PT and continues until October 30, 2024, 8 PM PT. After this period, all PlayStation users can participate in the demo until November 1, 2024, 7 PM PT. It’s worth noting that early access benefits apply to all tiers of PlayStation Plus.
What rewards can you earn by participating in the Monster Hunter Wilds Open Beta?
