New Third-Party Games Launching on the Epic Games Store Mobile

Excitement builds as the Epic Games Store expands its offerings with the introduction of a selection of third-party games for mobile devices. Currently, nearly 20 titles are accessible through the platform, including popular games such as Fortnite, Fall Guys, and Rocket League Sideswipe, which are available on Android globally and iOS in the European Union.

Free Games Initiative: Get Yours Now!

In a further boon for mobile users, Epic Games has launched a compelling free games initiative. This program allows users to claim free games directly through the mobile app, which they can keep indefinitely. Presently, Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee is up for grabs on both Android and iOS until February 20, with Bloons TD 6 set to join the lineup shortly. As the program grows, users can anticipate new titles being offered each month, with a plan to transition to a weekly release schedule later in the year.

Diverse Selection of Third-Party Titles

The library of third-party games features an exciting array of titles, including Evoland 2 and Blade of God X: Orisols. Upcoming games such as Eastern Exorcist and Mr. Rider are also on the horizon, promising to enrich the gaming experience on the platform.

Enhanced Features for a Better Gaming Experience

Beyond expanding the game roster, Epic has rolled out new features for both iOS and Android users. The updated app now supports Epic Account logins, ensuring a seamless experience across all Epic games. Additionally, a new auto-update feature has been implemented, allowing for uninterrupted gameplay as users can jump right into their games without waiting for updates to finish.

Opportunities for Developers

Epic Games is also reaching out to developers looking to publish their projects via the Epic Games Store. The platform will maintain the favorable revenue terms established for its PC version, offering an 88/12 revenue split, alongside 0% fees on third-party payments.

Launch Everywhere Program for Unreal Engine Developers

Additionally, the recently introduced Launch Everywhere with Epic program presents an enticing offer: a reduction of the royalty rate from 5% to 3.5% for qualifying Unreal Engine games published on the Epic Games Store starting in 2025. To qualify, games must be launched on the Epic Store simultaneously or before their release on other platforms, enhancing profit potential for developers during initial game launches.
