Minecraft Snapshot 24w39a Patch Notes: Non-Experimental Bundles, Stealth Enhancements for Carved Pumpkins, and Additional Updates
After four years since their initial announcement, bundles have officially transitioned out of the experimental phase in Minecraft Java Edition. The latest Minecraft snapshot 24w39a now fully integrates bundles into the game, meaning players no longer have to enable experimental features to access them. Interestingly, recent leaks indicate that the upcoming Minecraft update may be named “Bundles of Bravery”. Besides the bundle’s official status, there are no significant updates introduced in the 24w39a snapshot.
However, one notable change in this snapshot involves the carved pumpkin. Wearing a carved pumpkin now conceals the player’s marker on other players’ maps. Previously used mainly to evade endermen, carved pumpkins now serve an additional purpose in multiplayer gameplay. As with any update, this snapshot also includes bug fixes and technical enhancements.
Let’s explore the patch notes for Minecraft snapshot 24w39a!
