Minecraft Bedrock Beta 1.21.50.24 Patch Notes: Enhancements to Pale Garden, Creaking Heart Updates, and Additional Features
The latest beta and preview for Minecraft’s Bedrock Edition has been released, introducing a variety of enhancements to the Pale Garden biome and the Creaking Heart block. Just last week, Mojang Studios unveiled new experimental features called Winter Drop, which encompass the Pale Garden and the Creaking mob.
However, these features are still works in progress. With the new Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.50.24 beta and preview, Mojang has made strides toward refining the Pale Garden and its associated elements. This update boosts the density of Pale Oak trees, changes the sky to a complete gray in the Pale Garden, and alters the generation of Pale Moss.
Changes have also been implemented for the Creaking Heart block. Let’s delve into the patch notes to see what’s new in Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.50.24.

- Blocks needing support will now always drop with any tool: all Copper Doors, Iron Door, Heavy Weighted Pressure Plate, Light Weighted Pressure Plate, Polished Blackstone Pressure Plate, and Stone Pressure Plate.
- Budding Amethyst will now take longer to mine with an inappropriate tool.
- The following blocks, which always drop, are now quicker to mine when using the incorrect tool: Bell, Brewing Stand, Crafter, Ender Chest, Lantern, and Soul Lantern. Notably, the Ender Chest is classified as an “always drops block,” even if the item retrieved is different (MCPE-176374).
