Delegates failing to send attachment updates to meeting attendees.

Updates on a meeting series where an attachment was removed may not reach recipients, leading to sync errors in the delegate’s Sync Issues folder.

Currently, no known workaround exists. It is advisable to save attachments in SharePoint or OneDrive and share them via links where feasible.

Deleted attachments persisting in meetings.

Allow approximately one minute for sync processes to finalize. Using SharePoint or OneDrive for sharing should be considered.

Meetings created by delegates could vanish if they have limited calendar access and a non-“Normal”sensitivity label is selected.

Three options to mitigate:

  • Adjust delegate permissions to allow access to private items.
  • Change the meeting’s sensitivity to “Normal.”
  • Disable Shared Calendar Improvements (not recommended).
