Additionally, players will have the option to pin up to three games or applications directly to the ‘recently played’ section. This means that even if other games are launched, the pinned titles will remain accessible at the forefront, ensuring swift access for gamers.

Microsoft is also exploring a more simplistic aesthetic for the Home screen by reducing the number of tiles displayed in the ‘recently played games and apps’ list. This ‘Reduce Tile Count’ feature is still undergoing refinement, and its rollout to Insiders will be delayed until it meets the desired standards.

“We’ve heard from many of you that Home should feel more like your space. Whether it’s surfacing your favorite games, hiding what you don’t use, or simply making Home feel less crowded, this update is a direct response to that feedback.”

The new personalization features will first be introduced to Xbox Insiders in the Alpha Skip-Ahead and Alpha rings.
