Microsoft opens voting for the best Store apps for Windows

Earlier this year, Microsoft asked Windows users to nominate their favorite apps from the Microsoft Store. . The company conducts annual surveys to identify amazing, beautiful, and useful applications that people can get in the Windows marketplace. This year, users could nominate apps in three categories: File Management, Utilities, and Open Platform. It’s time for Windows users to vote and choose the best apps.

Community Choice voting is available here and will be available from May 12, 2022 to May 17, 2022. Microsoft will announce the winners later this month.

The Open Platform section hosts applications for modifying various parts of the operating system and its user interface. Microsoft says that Windows is an open platform, so it wants to recognize and celebrate great apps that provide easy modifications and accessibility improvements. You can vote for one of the following apps:

  5. Free search .
  6. Ink workspace .
  7. Live wallpaper .

The File Management Award, as the name suggests, recognizes applications that help Windows users view, sort, edit, convert, compress files, and more.
