Microsoft urges that transitioning to the new Outlook is timely due to its uniform experience across devices and environments. The new features also enhance meeting functionalities with hybrid RSVP options and better tracking capabilities for attendees. A standout feature is its seamless integration with the Windows operating system, allowing users to open attachments in their preferred applications, as well as drag and drop files to the desktop, send content to OneNote, and collaborate via Teams.

Switching to the new Outlook is straightforward: simply click the “Try the new Outlook”toggle located at the top-right corner of your inbox and select “Switch.”This experience is compatible with users running Windows 10 and 11.
