Next, Copilot extends its capabilities to the Files app, where users can employ the AI assistant to summarize documents, evaluate changes, analyze datasets, and create actionable items. For instance, a prompt like “Summarize this Excel workbook”can help users quickly grasp the essentials of their files.
Keeping Meetings Organized with Copilot in Calendar
Lastly, Copilot’s integration in the Calendar app promises to enhance workday organization. Among its functionalities are the generation of meeting summaries and support for meeting preparations, allowing users to request, for example, “Suggest talking points for this meeting.”This ensures that meetings remain focused and productive.
