Micah Lussier, known from Love is Blind and Perfect Match season 2, made a recent guest appearance on The Viall Files podcast. During the episode aired on October 25, she disclosed a surprising text she received from Nick Dorka, a contestant from the most recent season of Love is Blind.

In her pursuit of love, Micah joined the cast of Love is Blind season 4, though she didn’t find her ideal partner. However, her career blossomed further when she was selected for Perfect Match. Meanwhile, Nick was linked to contestant Hannah during season 7 but didn’t find success there either.

Sharing the details of Nick’s message, Micah expressed:

“He slid into my DMs and said, ‘I’ve had the biggest crush on you for so long.’”

How Micah Lussier Discovered Nick’s Message

Micah explained how she stumbled upon Nick’s message while navigating her Instagram DMs among countless other messages. She mentioned that she typically ignores texts unless they are from her close contacts, her assistant, or her social media manager.

While sifting through her DMs one day, she noticed a blue-ticked account—a detail her assistants had overlooked. Intrigued, she opened the message to find it came from Nick.

This message came just before the announcement of his breakup with Hannah Jiles during Love is Blind, prompting Micah to remark:

“And it was, like, a month ago. I could have aired this man out.”

Although she hasn’t responded yet, she did acknowledge that Nick was a “great guy.”When prompted about her feelings for him, Micah hesitated before expressing that a polite reply might be in order. On her prospective response to Nick, she commented:

“I don’t know [how I’d respond to him]. I think I’ll just reply, like, ‘You shot your shot, good for you. Hope I’ll see you sometime.’

Micah Lussier Discusses Comparisons with Hannah Jiles

During her time on Nick Viall’s podcast, the 28-year-old also discussed how fans often compare her to Hannah Jiles from season 7. She shared she had come across several TikToks where fans suggested Hannah was trying to emulate her edit, although Micah disagreed, stating she didn’t believe anyone aimed to get an edit like hers.

Micah acknowledged noticing the fan comparisons and recognized their apparent similarities, yet emphasized that her storyline diverged from Hannah’s. She pointed out that while fans had criticized Hannah for her behavior, especially regarding her treatment of Nick, she herself had faced backlash for her dynamics with fellow contestant Irina Solomonova.

In contrast, Hannah contended that Nick allowed her to treat him “horribly.”Fans will soon witness how the two have evolved in their relationship during the upcoming Love is Blind season 7 reunion episode airing on October 30.
