Megan Thee Stallion Files Lawsuit Against YouTuber Over Tory Lanez Cyberbullying Case: What is Milagro Gramz’s Role?

Milagro Gramz, a popular social media influencer and YouTuber, is facing legal action from singer-rapper Megan Thee Stallion, who alleges that Gramz acted as a “mouthpiece and puppet”for Tory Lanez. This lawsuit comes while Lanez continues to serve a decade-long prison sentence for shooting Megan in 2020.

In her lawsuit, Gramz has been accused of disseminating misleading information regarding Tory Lanez’s legal situation. Additionally, she is facing allegations of causing emotional distress to Megan Thee Stallion, infringing upon her privacy, and engaging in cyberstalking.

According to a report from NY Breaking on October 30, Megan’s lawyers at Quinn Emanuel Law Firm stated:

“Ms. Pete – a victim of violent crimes and an advocate for women’s rights with millions of followers worldwide – will no longer tolerate the defendant’s intimidation tactics.”

The Tribune, in their October 30 coverage, revealed that court documents show Megan’s attorney, Alex Spiro, asserting that the YouTuber breached a Florida law prohibiting the sharing of “altered sexual images”by distributing a “deepfake pornographic video”that featured Megan.

Megan Thee Stallion has accused Gramz in her lawsuit of spreading “false statements”to harass and intimidate her in retaliation for Lanez’s conviction and to tarnish her public persona.

Moreover, in a statement to Daily Mail on October 30, Megan expressed:

“It’s time to hold bloggers responsible for years of cyberbullying, harassment, and the dissemination of false information regarding my personal and professional life. I have faced countless character attacks due to misleading narratives from social media bloggers posing as journalists.”

She continued:

“This behavior is unacceptable, and those involved must realize there will be repercussions for carelessly spreading lies and defamatory statements.”

Megan further highlighted that Gramz attempted to undermine her credibility by alleging that she was never shot and that key evidence—the firearm—was missing from the court. In response, Megan’s legal team countered these “reckless”allegations by confirming that the firearm remains under the custody of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Furthermore, the lawsuit claims that Gramz went to extreme lengths to harass the artist and actively promoted the deepfake video on social media without Megan’s consent.

On June 9, 2024, Gramz allegedly reiterated her stance in a YouTube video, declaring Megan Thee Stallion a “professional victim”after facing backlash for her actions while denying any wrongdoing toward the rapper.

Conversely, the legal filings assert that Gramz’s conduct has severely harmed the rapper’s reputation and caused significant emotional distress.

According to the complaint, Megan allegedly asked what could be done to stop her from being featured on Gramz’s platforms and made multiple attempts to address Gramz’s misconduct, to which Gramz reportedly replied by telling Megan to “just get over it or go away.”

Following these events, NY Breaking’s report on October 30 indicated that Gramz acknowledged the lawsuit on her now-suspended X account, informing her followers:

“Of course we will discuss this. They included the tape too.”

Currently, Tory Lanez is serving a ten-year sentence for the shooting incident and remains incarcerated at the California Correctional Institution as of 2024.
