Maxsun Partners with Abee for Advanced AI Workstation Featuring W790 Motherboard and 4x Arc Pro B60 48G Turbo GPUs
Maxsun, a prominent Chinese hardware manufacturer, has unveiled its latest high-performance AI workstation that is poised to redefine capabilities in intensive computing. This workstation is built upon the robust W790 motherboard, which offers an impressive array of seven PCIe x16 slots to support multiple GPUs, catering specifically to demanding workloads, such as artificial intelligence and 3D rendering.
In an innovative collaboration with Japanese PC case specialist Abee, Maxsun ensures that users can integrate its top-tier workstation components seamlessly into an advanced chassis designed for optimal airflow and thermal efficiency.

To harness this power effectively, the abee Designer C700W chassis introduces a reverse-mounted motherboard layout, ensuring optimized airflow and a more efficient thermal design. Together, this creates a solution that combines scalability, reliability, and engineering precision.

The powerhouse AI Workstation can accommodate up to four Intel Arc Pro B60 48G Turbo GPUs. Each of these GPUs utilizes dual BMG-G21 chips, effectively doubling the memory capacity compared to standard models. This remarkable configuration can achieve a colossal total of 192 GB of VRAM, rendering it ideal for users engaged in AI research or enterprises handling data-intensive applications.
The selected chassis for this setup, the Abee Designer C700W, features a unique reverse-mounted motherboard layout that enhances both airflow and thermal management. This well-ventilated design supports larger components and can house various motherboard form-factors, including the expansive X12DPG-QT6. Additionally, it includes multiple drive bays (both 3.5″and 2.5″) and has provisions for up to 17 fan slots, ensuring excellent cooling potential.
While Maxsun has yet to disclose pricing or availability details for this AI Workstation, prospective buyers should anticipate a premium investment. Given that a single Arc Pro B60 48G Turbo GPU is priced around $1200, a setup housing four could exceed $4800 just for the GPUs alone. Nevertheless, this workstation presents users with an unparalleled VRAM configuration, which is often significantly more costly when considered against alternative offerings from AMD or NVIDIA.
