Maxsun EEC Registration: RTX 5050 with 8 GB VRAM and 24 GB Arc B580 GPU Revealed

Maxsun is primed to release a variety of GeForce RTX 5050 GPUs, including both standard and overclocked models across different product families. In addition, reports indicate that the company has registered a new 24 GB Arc B580 graphics card.

Maxsun’s RTX 5050 Series Emerges: Multiple Models Alongside Upcoming RTX 5060, 5070, and 5080 Variants

The Chinese hardware manufacturer, Maxsun, is gearing up to showcase its RTX 50 series GPU lineup. Currently, only the RTX 40 series is listed on their official website, but new registrations in the European Union hint at the imminent debut of not just the anticipated RTX 5060 but also the previously unannounced GeForce RTX 5050.

While previous rumors have hinted at the existence of the GeForce RTX 5050, official confirmation from NVIDIA or its board partners has been lacking. However, recent filings with the EEC have validated the GPU’s development, showing that up to 16 distinct RTX 5050 models are in preparation.

These models are expected to be released under different brands, including iCraft and newer series likely named Transformer and Terminator. Additionally, there are mentions of an unfamiliar series called OTES, which may coincide with the launch of the RTX 50 series. Current listings indicate that the RTX 5050 will feature an 8 GB VRAM configuration, although specifics regarding the type of memory remain unconfirmed.

Speculations suggest that the card could utilize either GDDR6 or the latest GDDR7 memory. While this remains to be seen, it is anticipated that the GPU will operate with a 128-bit memory bus width. Alongside the RTX 5050, other models in the Maxsun RTX 50 series include the RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5070, RTX 5060 Ti, and the RTX 5060, all set to be officially introduced by NVIDIA at the upcoming Computex event.

Interestingly, the RTX 5060 is also expected to feature 8 GB of GDDR7 VRAM with the same 128-bit memory bus as the RTX 5050. However, it is important to note that there will likely be significant differences in other specifications among these GPUs, such as CUDA Cores, Tensor Cores, RT Core capabilities, and thermal design power (TDP).

According to reliable sources, the RTX 5050 is likely equipped with the GB207 GPU, featuring 2, 560 cores and a TDP of approximately 130W. Although pricing and availability details remain unclear, it is seemingly unlikely that NVIDIA will announce the RTX 5050 during Computex.
