“Both are very solid but my money’s on Tawanchai.”

“I got Tawanchai again.”

The rematch between Jo Nattawut and Tawanchai at ONE 167 will be a chance for Jo Nattawut to challenge the Thai superstar for the featherweight Muay Thai world championship, after pushing Tawanchai to his limits. The event will also showcase the return of atomweight MMA champion Stamp Fairtex and rising star Johan Ghazali, making it an exciting card for fans.

Jo Nattawut Seeks Redemption in Highly Anticipated Rematch with Tawanchai

Tawanchai’s latest world title defense comes as he continues a successful seven-fight win streak since January 2022. Throughout this run, he has defeated several formidable opponents in ONE Championship, including Saemapetch Fairtex, Petchmorakot Petchyindee, and former ONE featherweight kickboxing world champion Superbon.

Despite his success in both kickboxing and Muay Thai, Jo Nattawut has found more success in the latter. He boasts a 4-1 record in the Circle, defeating notable opponents such as former WMC world champion George Mann, Samy Sana, and Luke Lessei from Iowa.

Despite his defeat against the Thai world champion in kickboxing, will Jo Nattawut be able to emerge victorious in Muay Thai and secure his first ONE world championship?
