He noted that prior to playing Marvel Rivals, his son exhibited only a superficial interest in Marvel properties, engaging with the movies, TV shows, and comics merely to support his father’s profession. “Suddenly, he was asking me to tell him more about Hela and The Punisher, ” Feige explained, illustrating how the game spurred his son’s interest in exploring more characters through various media.

Feige used this transformation as an example of how Marvel is striving to captivate a newer generation of fans. He also pointed to the successful Disney Junior series, Spidey and His Amazing Friends, which has effectively introduced younger viewers to the superhero narrative.
