The latest patch notes for Marvel Rivals unveil a significant mid-season update set to launch version 20250221. Following Season 1: Eternal Night Falls, which introduced iconic characters such as Dracula, Mister Fantastic, and Invisible Woman, players can now anticipate exciting new content as the battle between The Fantastic Four and Dracula intensifies.

Starting February 21, players will have the opportunity to engage in matches featuring Human Torch and The Thing, completing the core roster of The Fantastic Four. Players can team up with Invisible Woman to enjoy durability bonuses during gameplay. As a flame-wielding Duelist, Human Torch will possess abilities that allow him to unleash fiery tornadoes and walls of fire, while The Thing takes on the role of the game’s newest Vanguard, boasting a substantial health pool and protective capabilities. His ground-slam ability enables him to manipulate terrain, tossing enemies into the air while damaging surrounding structures.

Marvel Rivals Season 1.5 Patch Notes

In response to community feedback, NetEase Games is modifying the Quick Match mode. Players will now experience a more stable gameplay environment, as matches nearing their conclusion will no longer substitute players who leave, addressing concerns over abrupt game endings. Also notable is the addition of an account deletion feature, an option players previously lacked.

Diamond 3 ranked players and above can now activate a name-hiding option at the start of matches, a change aimed at reducing targeted gameplay where certain players often faced hero bans at the match’s commencement. Moreover, developers have optimized loading times, promising a smoother experience when entering battles.
