Players can also look forward to a comprehensive overhaul of the battle pass, which will now be double the length of its predecessor. In response to community feedback, Hela and Hawkeye will see necessary nerfs in the upcoming season. Additionally, Jeff The Land Shark’s ultimate skill, “IT’S JEFF!”will undergo alterations to its detection capabilities, optimizing gameplay based on testing results. On the flip side, both Captain America and Venom will receive power boosts, enhancing their viability within the Vanguard class. Early data suggests that ranged heroes, particularly Duelists, have exhibited dominance in Competitive matches, prompting NetEase to utilize this data to refine hero selection and win rates for both Quick Play and Competitive modes.

Additionally, a new game mode, “Doom Match,”is set to take place within the iconic Sanctum Sanctorum. While details remain sparse, this mode promises to accommodate 8 to 12 players, wherein the top 50% will secure a victory.

The new rank, Celestial, will position itself between Grandmaster and Eternity ranks. Upon the season’s start, all players’ rank standings will be adjusted down by seven divisions. The wealth of information provided by the Marvel Rivals developer diary leaves much for fans to be excited about, and many are eagerly counting down to launch.
