Married at First Sight fame Lindsey Georgoulis confirms engagement 

Recently, Lindsey Georgoulis, star of Married at First Sight season 14, shared a post on Instagram announcing her engagement to her longtime boyfriend Ray. The post, which was made in partnership with People, included multiple pictures of the couple’s proposal that took place on April 3rd.

In a subsequent interview with the same publication, Lindsey revealed that she had taken a leap of faith. The announcement of her engagement has caused a stir among fans as she was a beloved character on the recently concluded season 14 of Married at First Sight in May 2022.

Following her split from Mark Maher, whom she tied the knot with on season 14 of MAFS, Lindsey grew fond of Ray, with whom she had been in a relationship for a year and a half before he proposed.

Lindsey Georgoulis and Ray are Getting Married!

Lindsey Georgoulis shared a post announcing her engagement, which included a thread of six pictures taken on the day of the proposal. The special moment occurred during the couple’s vacation in Cancún, Mexico, and the caption on their post read:

“I know Mick Jagger says you can’t always get what you want, but I don’t believe that. #sometimes the timing hits different.”

The thread began with a photo of Lindsey proudly displaying her engagement ring while Ray stood by her side. It also features images of the happy couple basking in the beauty of the unspoiled beaches of Cancún. Finally, the thread concludes with a close-up shot of the ring, showcasing its flawless, round cut and elegant, polished band.

Numerous co-stars of Lindsey Georgoulis from Married at First Sight showed their support for the couple by offering their congratulations in the comment section. Season 9’s Iris Caldwell even exclaimed, “Ayeeeee I love to see my girls win!!!!!!”Similarly, other stars such as Amber Bowles, Krysten Collins, Karen Landry, and Miguel Santiago also sent well wishes to the couple through the post. In an interview with People, Lindsey expressed her happiness, stating:

“After MAFS, I knew there was something better in store for me. I took a leap of faith and a little hope and it landed me the man of my dreams.”

On the day of their proposal, Ray surprised Lindsey with a romantic photoshoot on the beach followed by a delicious dinner and a show. Lindsey also mentioned that she is currently living her dream life and feeling incredibly fulfilled. She also added that:

“It all starts in believing you can have it,”and that her’s and Ray’s lives “are filled with laughter, adventure, and we can’t wait to share the next chapter together.”

The Love Story of Married at First Sight’s Lindsey and Ray on Instagram

Ever since their relationship became official on Instagram on April 17, 2023, the couple has shared numerous photos of their travels and adventures, including a trip to Lake Tahoe. They continue to showcase their love for exploring and tourism through their social media posts.

Lindsey Georgoulis shared a first anniversary photo dump on July 31 and accompanied it with a caption:

“Anniversary Dinner dump. 1 year down. Forever to go.”

The paragraph continued to detail Lindsey Georgoulis’s dining experience at a Michelin-star restaurant. She referred to the lengthy meal as an “art”and mentioned that it was her first time trying one on their second date. As their first anniversary approached, Lindsey decided to revisit the experience. In the post, she also included a sweet note for Ray expressing her romantic sentiments.

“Ray always likes to take videos of my reaction to our meals and watch me eat the first bite to see how I respond. I think it’s so sweet and kind.”
