The Crucial Role of Mindset in High-Stakes Fights According to Marat Grigorian
As a seasoned fighter, Marat Grigorian understands that the fight game is not solely based on physical abilities. He recognizes that mental strength plays a significant role in martial arts and believes that having the correct mindset is essential for success in his upcoming Superbon showdown.
According to Sportsmanor, he said:
“My body is ready. But [the only thing left] is to prepare for the mind, you know, in your head. On this level, it’s very important to get ready in your mind and your body. My body is very strong, but I just need to be focused [in] my mindset, because mindset is more important on this level.”
