On October 10, 2024, the BT21 franchise released an official music video for BTS’s j-hope’s character, Mang, titled “Born To Dance,”igniting excitement among fans. Directed by BT21 and Van, with gratitude extended to UNISTARS, the music video opens with Mang shedding his fears as he removes his mask and sets out to achieve great heights.
As the K-pop idol took center stage in front of a cheering crowd, he removed his mask and donned a stylish black hat. He showcased his rhythmic dance abilities, captivating the audience and becoming the center of admiration. “Born to Dance”rapidly entered the spotlight on social media, quickly going viral within the ARMY community.
The devoted fanbase began to trend several phrases, including ‘MANG IS COMING,’ ‘CREATED BY J-HOPE,’ and ‘MANG BORN TO DANCE MV OUT NOW,’ among others across social platforms.
Fans expressed their excitement, declaring that Mang’s impressive return with his dance moves signifies j-hope’s impending return from military service. They took pride in Mang for bravely revealing his true self.
