Exciting Developments in Moon Studios’ No Rest for the Wicked
In a recent episode of Wicked Inside, Moon Studios unveiled significant updates regarding their action RPG, No Rest for the Wicked. A pivotal announcement was the studio’s recovery of publishing rights from Private Division, a process that was marked by extensive legal discussions. This strategic move grants Moon Studios the independence to make unencumbered decisions regarding the game’s direction. To celebrate this achievement, players can enjoy a 30% discount available for a limited time of approximately 32 hours.
The Breach: A Major Game Update
Moon Studios also shared exciting content about the upcoming update titled The Breach, which is set for release on April 30. This update promises to significantly enhance the gaming experience by expanding the campaign and introducing a variety of new elements, including vast new areas, armors, factions, enemies, and weapons. In fact, this update aims to nearly double the game’s world size, featuring fresh landscapes such as the Lowland Meadows and Marin Woods.
New Gameplay Features
Players can look forward to engaging with new adversaries, specifically the Harvesters and the Balak Taw. The Breach will also introduce new weapon archetypes, including gauntlets and wands, alongside an enhanced loot system designed to offer greater build diversity. The game world is set to become even more immersive thanks to the newly implemented ‘Alive’ system, which facilitates dynamic interactions among factions and enemies. Additionally, the introduction of a Plague system will bring forth formidable new plague enemies and bosses, with outbreaks occurring across the region of Sacra, allowing players to cleanse areas for powerful plague resources.

Moon Studios is committed to improving player experience with several quality-of-life enhancements, which include:
- Direct teleportation to home locations
- Enhanced item stacking capabilities
- Expanded fast travel options
