To facilitate this adjustment, Microsoft refers to a newly released advisory on the NDI website, containing clear steps for users to follow:
Download and install the free NDI Tools pack.
Open the NDI Access Manager application.
Navigate to the Advanced tab.
Select Receive Mode and change it to either Single TCP or UDP, then confirm your selection by pressing OK.
Repeat this process on any other computers affected by the issue.
