According to Mark Gurman in his latest Power On newsletter, both watchOS 12 and tvOS 19 are poised to deliver substantial visual design updates. Additionally, minor adjustments to visionOS are anticipated, signaling Apple’s comprehensive approach to its software updates.
This latest report suggests a strategic plan by Apple to refresh all of its software platforms across the entire product line. With a concerted effort to unify the design elements of its operating systems, these upcoming updates are expected to contribute significantly to the company’s overarching vision. Previous insights have highlighted that Apple drew aesthetic inspiration from visionOS, characterized by sleek, glass-like transparent effects, and this approach may well extend to all operating systems.
