The Maingear MG-1 gaming system has just announced its latest configurations, now equipped with NVIDIA’s cutting-edge 60-class GPUs from the Blackwell family. These enhancements promise a robust gaming experience, particularly tailored for 1080p gaming.

Introducing the MG-1 Silver and Gold Systems Featuring RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti

With the release of NVIDIA’s latest RTX 5060 series, several original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) have begun to unveil their updated desktop PCs incorporating this new line of Blackwell gaming GPUs. Among them, Maingear has launched its latest pre-configured gaming setups powered by the RTX 5060 and RTX 5060 Ti graphics cards.

Renowned for its high-quality pre-built systems utilizing state-of-the-art AMD, NVIDIA, and Intel components, Maingear has refreshed its MG-1 lineup. These new configurations will be offered in Silver and Gold, ensuring gamers enjoy an optimized experience in both 1080p and 1440p resolutions through the latest RTX 5060 GPUs.

MG-1 RTX 5060 Ti Gold

At present, only the MG-1 Gold model, equipped with the RTX 5060 Ti, is available on the Maingear website, although additional configurations will be unveiled shortly. The RTX 5060 is expected to officially launch next month, meaning the corresponding MG-1 systems will also be ready for purchase at that time. The Gold configuration features an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, a capable mid-range Zen 5 CPU, perfectly suitable for pairing with the 5060 Ti.

This powerful system comes with 16 GB of DDR5 RAM running at a speedy 6400 MT/s and 1 TB of customizable storage. The CPU employs an all-in-one (AIO) cooling solution and is mounted on an AMD B850 motherboard, allowing for easy overclocking. The base price for the system with these specifications starts at $1699 and includes a one-year warranty.

The GeForce RTX 5060 Ti has been introduced in two variants: an 8 GB option priced at $379 and a larger 16 GB version available for $429. When considering that the complete Maingear MG-1 with the 16 GB RTX 5060 Ti retails for $1699, the additional components collectively cost around $1270. While this may surpass the cost of purchasing the parts separately, the all-inclusive nature of Maingear’s offering allows users to bypass the complexities of system assembly.

Regarding performance expectations, these systems are designed to excel in both 1080p and 1440p gaming scenarios, featuring the latest Multi-Frame Generation and Transformer Model DLSS technologies to enhance gameplay and visual fidelity. Anticipated pricing for the RTX 5060-based Maingear systems is approximately $1500 for a similar configuration, but interested gamers must wait until next month for availability.
