At the beginning of the game, you are introduced to three story campaigns: Victory Road, Starfall Street, and Path of Legends. While you can complete them in any order, there is no level scaling in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Each Gym, Team Star Boss, and Titan Pokémon have fixed levels. As a result, Gen 9 campaigns have a progression structure ordered by tiers. So while you can technically only focus on completing a single campaign like Starfall Street, we don’t recommend playing that way. Not only will you be re-aligned for other campaigns, but you will also be destroyed if you try to play the map in the wrong order. The best way to play Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is to hop back and forth between the three campaigns along the route we’ve detailed below.
