Netflix’s popular dating series, Love Is Blind, has expanded with a new spin-off titled Love Is Blind Habibi. This exciting addition showcases Arab singles as they embark on a journey to discover true love within a captivating social experiment. Launched on October 10, 2024, the series features participants hailing from various Middle Eastern nations, including Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Syria, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan, and Iraq.

The cast for Love Is Blind Habibi consists of the following contestants: Karma, Chafic, Dounia, Rami, Hajar, Mohammad, Asma, Karim, Sarah, Khatab, Yasmin, Mido, Nour, Ali, Aljawharah, Simo, Safa, Ammar, Shereen , and Rakan.

Unlike the American version, this spin-off did not include a honeymoon period; however, five couples committed to getting married in hopes of making their relationships work. After facing various ups and downs, only three couples remained by the series finale. These couples included Asma and Khatab, Dounia and Chafic, and Safa and Mohammad.

In the end, after navigating numerous challenges, only Safa and Mohammad chose to tie the knot among the participating couples.

1) Safa and Mohammad (Married)

Safa was presented to the audience as a financial manager searching for her ideal partner. Throughout the show, she connected with several contestants, including Karim and Mohammad, ultimately choosing the latter due to their shared mindset. Interestingly, she noted that her father’s name was the same as her spouse’s.

Their relationship flourished from the outset, leading to a significant milestone when Safa and Mohammad’s families met and expressed their approval after recognizing the couple’s aligned values and intentions.

During the wedding ceremony, they were the sole couple to exchange vows and declare, “I do.”

2) Asma and Khatab (Not married)

Asma and Khatab faced challenges early in their journey on Love Is Blind Habibi, particularly Asma’s desire for a more athletic partner. She struggled with her feelings for Khatab after he revealed his weight, but later clarified that he aspired to improve his health.

After an initial separation, the couple gave their relationship another chance, but Asma’s family expressed reservations about them marrying after only a brief acquaintance.

At the wedding, Asma’s parents’ absence significantly influenced her choice not to proceed with the marriage. They later agreed to try dating, opting to explore their connection further.

3) Dounia and Chafic (Not married)

Dounia and Chafic were the youngest of the final couples on Love Is Blind Habibi, quickly forming a strong bond during their time in the pods. Chafic’s charm attracted attention from other women, causing some tension between them, but they managed to stay together.

However, their dynamic shifted when they discovered Chafic’s previous acquaintance with fellow contestant Nour. As jealousy crept in, Dounia expressed her discomfort with Chafic’s interactions with her, raising concerns about his lifestyle.
